Furman blue (ultramarine) 100 g

Furman Ultramarine Blue for Whitening and Washing Laundry 100g is a classic product for adding a snow-white hue to clothes, eliminating yellowness, and refreshing the color of denim fabrics.

High-quality, time-tested Ukrainian Ultramarine blue. This water-based paint removes yellowing and imparts a azure hue.

1. Preparation of the solution (Required step)

Never pour powder directly onto the fabric! This will cause blue spots to appear.

• Wrap a small amount of powder in a clean cotton cloth or gauze (make a “knot”).
• Place the knot in a container of warm water.
• Stir it until the water becomes a uniform light blue color.
• Check the intensity: the solution should be clear, without undissolved grains.

2. Methods of use

When hand washing

1. Wash and rinse items thoroughly as usual.
2. Immerse clean items in the prepared blueing solution.
3. Leave it on 2–5 minutes, periodically turning the garment over to ensure even dyeing.
4. Rinse in cool water and squeeze out.

In the washing machine

Important: Only use this method if your machine allows you to add detergent during the rinse cycle.

1. Wait until the final rinse stage.
2. Dilute the blueing in water (as indicated in point 1) to the state of a concentrated solution.
3. Pour the solution into the conditioner compartment.

To refresh jeans

• To restore the color of denim, use a more concentrated solution.
• Soak dry clean jeans in 15–20 minutes, then rinse in water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar added to fix the color.

💡 Helpful tips

• Tulle and bed linen: For perfect whiteness, a barely noticeable blue tint to the water is enough.
• Examination: Before immersing the entire item, dip the edge of the item or an unnecessary piece into the solution.
• Safety: Store in a dry place, out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
